We may collect your name, contact details, delivery information, enquiry, Toy Hunt or order details and communications with us. Do not send card numbers, passwords or identity documents by ordinary email.

Toy Hunt requests
Toy Hunt details are used to identify the item and contact the adult who submitted the request if we find a possible match. A request is not a preorder and we do not take payment through the form.
How we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, confirm availability, process and deliver agreed orders, provide customer service and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and storage
Information may be shared with delivery, payment or technology providers where reasonably required for the service, or where required or authorised by law. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure.
