Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. An order is not confirmed until availability, total cost and payment are confirmed in writing.

Product condition

New, sealed, loose, used or damaged-box condition will be stated before purchase. Photographs form part of the description for individual collectibles. Minor factory and packaging variations can occur.

Shipping

Shipping cost and available services will be shown or confirmed before payment. Orders will be packed with reasonable care. Tracking will be provided when included with the selected service.

Returns and Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, contact us promptly with the order details and photographs where relevant.

Change-of-mind returns are not automatically offered for trading cards, opened products, personalised items or condition-sensitive collectibles. Any voluntary return must be agreed before the item is sent back.

Pre-orders and availability

Pre-orders will only be accepted when allocation, estimated timing and cancellation terms are stated. Supplier dates can change. We will not describe an item as secured if allocation is not confirmed.

3D-printed products

Layer lines and small surface variations are normal characteristics of 3D printing. Products are not intended for children under three unless expressly stated. Decorative items are not food-safe, heat-safe or suitable for safety-critical use unless specifically described otherwise.
